MEET THE FOUNDER

My name is Caitlin, and I am a Counseling Psychologist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in helping clients navigate life’s challenges using mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy and relational-cultural therapy. I provide clients with a space in which they can openly reflect on and explore their lives.  I meet clients where they are at and help them marshal inner resources to resolve the issues blocking them from living fully and achieving their goals. My clinical work focuses on helping individuals dealing with mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, career stress, trauma, life transitions, and eating disorders.
