Out-of-Pocket
We acknowledge that budgeting for therapy can be a source of stress and confusion. To alleviate the financial burden of your sessions, we offer various options. Opting to pay for therapy out-of-pocket has its advantages. Unlike insurance, which requires a diagnosis, monitors your health records, and may request access to your therapy information, paying out-of-pocket provides more privacy. Insurance plans might also restrict the number of therapy sessions per year, regardless of your specific needs. Given these considerations, paying out-of-pocket may be a more suitable option for some individuals. Clients facing financial difficulties may be eligible for a sliding fee scale determined by their annual income as well. **Under the law, healthcare providers must give patients who don’t have insurance or are not using insurance to pay for their therapy an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) explaining how much your medical care will cost.
$150 – $175/ per 45 minute individual counseling session with Caitlin.
$100-$150/ per 45 minute individual counseling session with one of our other therapists.
$175-$250/ per 70 minute family or couples session.
