As individuals, we all have a unique set of challenges that we face. Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed by the circumstances that seem to dictate your life. Or perhaps you feel stuck and unsure of where to go next. Maybe the gap between how you see yourself and how the world sees you has left you feeling like you need to prove yourself, rather than be yourself. You might feel guilty or ashamed and be unsure why. Talking about it can help.
Together we can make sense of what you have been experiencing and figure out how to move forward. I provide space for you to come into therapy as your complete self, even those parts you are in conflict with. Inner experiences can be difficult to identify and explain. Understanding our internal world is a process and journey that we can discover together. We will explore the different narratives in your life and consider how they serve you. While many therapies focus solely on the internal world; my approach also addresses how the external world impacts what we experience and how we feel.
So let’s talk. Set up a free phone consult and see how therapy can benefit you.
